Huraian:

Position Title:

·         PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Requirements:

·         The candidate must possess a degree in Accounting, Business, Psychology, and or another related course

·         Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is an advantage but not required

·         Excellent in different computer applications

·         Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·         Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·         Discretion and confidentiality

·         Project & Time Management skills

·         Experience in accounting is an advantage but not required

·         Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Summary:

·         Personal Assistant task is to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company’s top executives.


Personal Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. He/She must be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.


Ultimately, He/She will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the top executives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

·         Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

·         Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

·         Make travel and accommodation arrangements

·         Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

·         Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

·         Format information for internal & external communication like memos, emails, presentations, reports

·         Take minutes during meetings

·         Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

·         Organize and maintain the office filing system

Schedule:

·         Fix 7-hour shift / With Saturdays

·         Monday – Friday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

·         Saturdays 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
