• Key person for all customer service issues and relations
• Review and verification of daily operation and maintenance activities and confirm required manpower levels are maintained. Arranges support as required on daily and weekly basis.
• Ensuring all employees/manpower are technically trained for all the systems within scope or work.
• Working directly with SITE managers and system owners to confirm that all performed work is properly permitted and coordinated.
• Attending weekly meetings and other scheduled meetings as needed to communicate and improve operations and maintenance activities.
• Updates and presents weekly status report
• Providing monthly reporting of operation and maintenance activities to confirm completion and note items for corrective action.
• Direct involvement in system modifications, operational changes, or installation, process troubleshooting and addition of new or replaced equipment
• Monthly system analysis data including capacity/demand and system efficiency.
• Implementation of improvements in reliability based and predictive maintenance efforts.
• Tracking and reporting of costs and invoicing of labour, materials, overtime and providing documentation of approval of any additional costs submitted.
• Development, execution, and monitoring of skills training programs and refresher courses for employees
• Development/improvement of standard operating procedures, and system sequences of operation for operators and technicians
• Work with SITE facilities personnel to support internal and external audit and help to correct audited deviation.
• Make recommendations to improve service and any potential cost reduction opportunities
• Works any customer service issues in a professional manner & proactively cultivates positive relations.
