Customer Service:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate product/service information.
Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Administrative:
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in merchant account onboarding and opening.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback in the company's database.
Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
Ad Hoc Duties:
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma in Business, Administration or a related field
Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
