Job Location: Plaza Sentral, KL

Trueventus is seeking full-time sales person to sell delegates and sponsorship space, role is based in KL Sentral and we are looking for energetic, honest, hardworking people with the right attitude to work with the business and help grow the business and grow with it. In this role you’ll earn salary + commission.

As a Junior Sales Executive you are expected to spend most of your time making phone calls thus you should be comfortable talking over the phone, explaining complex ideas and business topics over the phone, not afraid to hear “No” and are tenacious to carry on making calls after rejections. The role requires the person to be well mannered, able to communicate effectively and clearly, persistent and used to making cold calls to sell your products.

You will be expected to achieve your conference and monthly targets throughout the year and maintain consistency of output throughout. The performance of the Telesales Executive will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the following: What do we provide you to succeed in this role:

Requirement:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette Computer literature
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure Ability to do research & Customer’s profiling
  • Cold calling and hard-core selling experience is an advantage Solid “Deal closing skills”
  • You should be self-starter and have a “can-do” attitude Able to handle pressure and work under stress
  • Ability to find the delegates
  • Ability to demonstrate previous high-performance Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others
  • Self-starting and confident individual with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales A high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and drive to succeed
  • Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Pre-Sales Consultant/Sales Executive/Telemarketer or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in Telesales or equivalent field.
  • Minimum is Diploma.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

  • Work Monday to Thursday 8.30AM TO 5.30PM
  • Friday 8.30AM TO 5PM
  • Start times are NOT arrival times; all sales staff need to be on the Phone by 8.30AM
  • Make a minimum 150 Cold Call Per Day
  • Send out 10 qualified information packs minimum daily to the right person.
  • Come into work Prepared with up to 100 fresh leads each day.
  • Effectively follow the company’s sales process over the Phone
  • Follow up with customer closely
  • Ask for the sale in each callback.
  • Close 3 sales a month minimum
  • Type into the company database each person you have contacted over the phone, with Zero errors and typos
