This role involves providing remote administrative support, coordinating between departments, and assisting with customer service remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable
  • Provide customer service via phone and email
  • Facilitate team communication through Slack
  • Assist in project coordination and task tracking

 

Requirements

  • Experience with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is a must
  • Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in Singapore
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones
