• Ensure each outlet submit their invoices on a timely basis
• Ensure Goods Received Notes are done accurately and promptly
• Communicate with end user / supplier if there are problems with invoices.
• Communicate with finance if invoice require Credit Note / Debit Note
• Any ad-hoc job as required

Skills and qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new system
• Basic math, excel skills
• Fast learner is appreciated
• Able to work independently
• Strong attention to details
• With experience will be an advantage
