• Handling of customers’ enquiries, Site Visits.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; supervising variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Increases efficiency by developing or implementing automated solutions & processes.
• Handling MOM related matters, Applying, issuing Work passes.
• Supporting payroll, HR related activities.
• Verifying Entry of all Sales invoices and maintain the customer Database.
• Studying drawings, do necessary calculation and make suitable recommendation of Aircon product models to customers
• Boosting the Sales through social media, Emails etc.
• Assist in arranging suitable working schedules for company technical staff,design workable working routines, makesure daily operations are well arranged.
