  •  
  • To perform data entry works
  • Entering daily collection of fees, suppliers’ invoices, bank reconciliation and prepare payment vouchers in accounting software systems
  • Type in data quickly, precisely and efficiently
  • Printing, photocopying, faxing and scanning
  • Sorting, folding and mailing
  • Record register mail
  • Filling and archiving of documents
  • Organizing and distributing mail among departments
  • Manning the front desk
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to various departments if necessary.
  • Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties as assigned
  • Provide general administration support
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Good knowledge in computer skill such MS Office
  • Some accounts background/experience will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
  • Hardworking and responsible team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
