Data Entry Clerk Job Requirements :

Updating of Visiting Reports in the System
Sending Reminders for Payment.
Run Computer system for Data Entry.
Create new profile in the System.
Create new Visiting Report.
Updating Case Area List.
Data Filing
Data Extraction for Enquiry.
Training will be provided, No experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, following established guidelines and procedures.
Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to maintain data integrity.
Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect current information.
File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval of data when needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security.
Documentation: Create and maintain records of data entry tasks, including any issues or discrepancies encountered.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in business administration.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication skills.
