Job Description (Summary):

• Document, adjust, and validate rubber material recipes.
• Conduct initial milling, sheeting, and testing of physical properties of materials for new products.
• Establish and verify material testing standards and milling specifications.
• Test new equipment/machines for material preparation and testing.
• Prepare and issue Technical Instructions regarding materials.
• Perform duties and responsibilities of the PCO as per sec. 10 of DAO 2014-02.
• Assist in the management of the company's Environmental Management System (EMS).

Job Qualification:

• Graduate with a BS in Chemical Engineering
• Fresh Graduates with related or similar internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a Manufacturing set-up, handling chemicals, and operating heavy machinery.
• Experience in Environmental Management and knowledge of Environmental Rules and Regulations.
• Computer Literate

Working Conditions:

• On-site (LISP, Cabuyao, Laguna)
• Monday to Friday
• 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary Rate:

• Php 15,000 - Php 20,000 gross per month
