Job Description 

• Communicates correct opportunities for completion in a prompt manner.
• Informs users about services to choose from and determines consumer needs.
• Provides operational help and advice, training and assistance to lower level staff.
• Provides assistance, , instruction and troubleshooting help to lower level staff.

Job Requirements

What we need:

Can start ASAP.

Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status Good verbal, listening, and communication skills.

Preferred language: English. Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required Amenable to working on-site OR hybrid

With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
