Transaction Backer – Real Estate Support Specialist

Help keep real estate transactions running smoothly from contract to closing. This role is key in ensuring every detail is organized, timely, and well-coordinated.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage transactions from signed agreement to closing
• Coordinate with title/escrow, lenders, inspectors, and agents
• Schedule inspections, closings, and key milestones
• Maintain clear communication with clients and all parties involved
• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant
• Organize client data in the database
• Support move-in and possession scheduling
