Patient Advocacy Manager - Allied Professional

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate clinical documentation to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to validate medical claims and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Conduct utilization reviews applying evidence-based criteria for approvals or escalations
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their healthcare coverage and claims status
• Analyze complex medical information and provide clear, actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Graduate of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields (Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Medical Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics, etc.)
• Active PRC License is required
• Minimum 1-year experience in direct patient care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management)
• Experience with managed care organizations, Medicare/Medicaid recipients preferred
• Familiarity with BPO healthcare processes in a Philippine setting
• HIV counseling experience is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Quezon City location

• Purely onsite position at our Quezon City office
