Job Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees the organization's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing resources, supervising teams, implementing operational policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Reports to: Operations Head
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and strategies.
Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
Must have experience with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
Schedule:
5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
9 hours duty including 1-hour break
Compensation and Benefits:
70,000.00 and above

While we initially required a Japanese bilingual candidate, it is now acceptable if the candidate does not speak Japanese. However, Japanese language proficiency remains preferred.
