Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Reports to: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Analyze competitors to develop strategies that improve market positioning.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and strategies.
Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
Must know how to speak Korean/Japanese and English.
Native or near-native proficiency in Korean/Japanese and English.
Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
Familiar with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
Schedule:
5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
9 hours duty including 1-hour break
Compensation and Benefits:
70,000.00- 90,000.00 a month
