Job Summary:
The QA/Production Officer is expected to develop and document test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on requirements. Identify key metrics to measure testing effectiveness and quality.
Reports to: System Manager (IT)
Responsibilities
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
Test software applications, systems, or processes across multiple platforms and environments.
Perform regression, performance, load, and security testing as needed.
Log, track, and manage bugs using defect-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Work with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality concerns.
Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams.
Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain testing records.
Ensure all QA documentation complies with company standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing.
Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies in QA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
Knowledge about Fintech is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
9 hours duty including 1-hour break
Compensation and Benefits:
40,000.00 to 50, 000.00
