Job Descriptions:
• Provide exceptional support to healthcare patients via phone and digital channels
• Schedule and manage medical appointments with precision and care
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients
• Resolve inquiries professionally while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences
Job Qualifications:
• 1+ year BPO experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Empathetic approach to sensitive healthcare concerns
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
