Salary:
 Up to 25,000 monthly basic

Qualifications:
 No BPO experience required
 Excellent English communication skills
 With basic computer knowledge
 High School / SHS graduates are welcome to apply
 Amenable to work ONSITE
 Must be willing to work in shifting schedule

 Offer information on our products and services, addressing customer concerns and questions.
 Strive for positive resolutions when handling customer complaints and issues.
 Record and maintain detailed and accurate information about customer interactions and
transactions.
 Ensure a seamless customer experience by collaborating with team members and different
departments.
 Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
to customers.
 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
