Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our recruitment team as a Sourcing Associate. As a key member of our recruitment efforts, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, with a specific focus on Japanese-speaking candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates for Japanese bilingual roles within our client base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent landscapes, emphasizing the Japanese-speaking market.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Engage with passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
- Assist in screening and assessing candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our system.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and N4-N3 Japanese is required.
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in the consulting industry, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
