Responsibilities
Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel. Duties include checking guests in and out, issuing keys, taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments. Provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints.
Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
Required Skill(s): Computer. Ability to converse in English & Bahasa Melayu. Able to work according to shift schedule.
