• Providing office day to day admin support
• Assist the team in communicating with the status of the outstanding tasks
• Handling customer complains
• Handle calls and emails from customer or external clients
• Handling of incoming calls
• Sending out weekly report
• Managing walk in enquiries
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
   

Requirement

• Minimum qualification, Higher Nitec
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively
• Required to work 5.5 days per week
