Huraian:

  • Ensure that operational goals are met in relation to the implementation of engagement, training and administrative services
  • Conceptualize, plan and implement engagement and training activities that meets the requirement of the organization
  • Set-up the annual training & activities calendar
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in employee engagement and training and development
  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, focus groups, and communication with leads and managers
  • Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new and existing employees
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
  • Prepare and implement training budget and maintain records and reports of expenses
  • General HR administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its equivalent

- Minimum 2 years experience in handling multi facets of Human Resources

- Professes independent reasonable and independent judgment, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills

- Works with minimum supervision and performs well under pressure

- Good presentation skills and knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

- Flexible and with high interpersonal skills

-Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
